Steven has over 10 years experience within the manufacturing sector holding management positions within Quality and Continuous Improvement. He has worked for Bombardier Transportation, New York Air Brake and Magna Powertrain. He served as a Quality Manager at Magna Powertrain for the past several years. He is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt, and he has extensive experience conducting Quality, Lean, Environmental and Leadership/Teamwork training. He has also developed and has conducted TLT3 Leadership training for MACNY.
