Course Three -- TLT III
World Class Performance Leadership This program introduces the most fundamental management process in the modern workplace–continuous improvement. This course is defined by the business philosophy of Kaizen—the idea that by making continuous, cost-effective improvements in business processes, one can reliably achieve incremental increases in productivity, quality and profit margin. This course will focus on team leadership for implementing process improvements.

Time: 3 p.m. - 5 p.m. (10 Wednesdays)
Facilitator: Steven Maloney
Steven is the Director of Training and Workforce Development at MACNY. Steven has over 10 years experience within the manufacturing sector holding management positions within Quality and Continuous Improvement. He has worked for Bombardier Transportation, New York Air Brake and Magna Powertrain. He served as a Quality Manager at Magna Powertrain for the past several years. He is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt, and he has extensive experience conducting Quality, Lean, Environmental and Leadership/Teamwork training. He has also developed and has conducted TLT3 Leadership training for MACNY.
