Organizational Development

Chester C. Warzynski is Director of Organizational Development Services at Cornell University and a lecturer in the department of human resources studies at the New York State School of Industrial and Labor Relations. This Organizational Development Program at Cornell University is responsible for strategic human-resource planning and human-resource operations throughout the Office of Information Technologies (OIT) and Cornell Information Technologies (CIT).

His presentation on Organizational Development will touch upon leadership development (training supervisors), talent identification and management, individual development planning, etc.

Mr. Warzynski will discuss how Organizational Development deals with a Plan and Change and how tapping into the knowledge and experience of your employees can improve and enhance the development of your program.
