WHAT: MACNY Quality Professionals Council invites you to a group discussion regarding business metrics and measurement systems. The purpose of this council meeting will be to share ideas, experience and examples of business metrics used by member companies with a goal of expanding everyone’s awareness of effective metrics, tools for development and reference to additional information.

WHO: Anyone responsible for developing and delivering business metrics

This will be a group discussion so attendee participation is highly encouraged. Please come prepared with examples of the types of metrics used in your organizations. Also, attached is a SELF-ASSESSMENT form. Please complete and bring with you to the session. We will attempt to plot where we stand as a group of companies.

Results from our discussion will be captured, integrated into the presentation and shared with participants.
