WHAT: MACNY Quality Professionals Council invites you to partake in a panel discussion with Joe Vargo of Partners for Education and Business Inc. and David Lloyd, Employee Development Leader at Novelis Corporation – Oswego Works.

Joe will describe the WorkKeys Program, while looking in depth on the following areas:

• Assessments—Practice tests, online registration, WorkKeys additional score reports (ASR), and Proficiency Certificate for Teaching Assistants Package (PCTA)

• Job Analysis—Job profiling consulting and job analysis programs

• Training—WorkKeys curriculum, the ACT Center™ network, KeyTrain™, and WIN courses

David will describe the Competency Program that has being developed and implemented at Novelis Corporation. He will share why Novelis felt the need for such program and what the process has been, looking at both the struggles and the positive issues.
