How that is navigated and accomplished is specific to the history, people, politics, and maturity of the organization. We’ll collectively converse on this topic and invite all attendees to lend their experiences. The discussion will be challenged to consider the following: “Does it make sense to build a level of IT maturity that is beyond the level of the organizations maturity?”
