Description: Advanced B2B Consultative Selling is the most effective skills development class available for quickly improving B2B technology sales results. This class teaches or reteaches sales teams to better differentiate your offerings, gain access to the right level decision makers (business, users, and financial), develop a compelling business case, close sales effectively and avoid put-offs. This is an essential class to learn about consultative selling, updating sales skills, and best sales practices within the B2B technology sales industry.

Who Should Attend: All client-facing sales team members including CEOs, sales leaders, marketing, inside sales, sales engineers, customer service, and account managers.


Class Format: Group discussion, learn by doing and teaching back.

Class Times/Duration: The class begins at 8:30 am and concludes with graduation and certification by 4:30 pm. Breaks are provided for 10 minutes on every hour. We provide breakfast and lunch. Please notify us at registration if you have special dietary needs.


Facilitator’s Bio:

Joe Morone has a 29 year consecutive track record for growing sales and sales teams.  He is the co-founder and B2B technology sales researcher & strategist for Worldleaders Inc.   Joe is the lead sales trainer for Worldleaders’ Smart Sales Institute for B2B Sales and co-author of the five-star rated book, The Smart Sales Method for B2B Sales Teams.  For the past 11 years his guidance in implementing the right sales & marketing strategy, sales methods and developing sales skills has helped thousands of sales representatives and more than 200 B2B firms to better differentiate, win more sales, and realize new growth.  Prior to founding Worldleaders, Joe was a Senior Vice President of Sales for a publicly held technology firm where he had top line responsibility for $1 billion in sales, 160 sales reps and 60 branch offices.

He lead, hired and trained a team of Vice-Presidents of Sales, Vice Presidents of National Practices and Directors of Sales to win major contracts ranging from $5,000,000 to $150,000,000 in sales to global clients like Xerox, GM, Ford, Boeing, Pitney Bowes, Uni-Group, Transtar, Manulife, Fedex and more.  Joe’s 13 years of sales and sales leadership, resulted in the company’s longest period of sales and company stock price growth.   Joe started his sales career in the public safety sector, selling Police, Fire and EMS computer aided dispatching systems to state and local governments.  Joe is a USA Wrestling, National and North- American Wrestling Champion, CAN-AM Body Building Champion and currently is a US Rowing Competitive Rower.  Recently, Joe became a certified change management professional CCMP.

Cancellation by Registrants:
Registrants cancelling less than 48 hours (or close of business Friday for a Monday course) prior to the start of the seminar/class; will be billed for the entire cost of the program.  “No shows” will be billed in the full seminar/class fee which can be applied toward a future class.  Substitutions may be made at any time.
