Can you have an “at-will” policy anymore? If so, how should it read? What are the biggest mistakes employers make in drug and alcohol testing policies? What have you missed in your harassment policy? Will our vacation policy permit us to refuse to pay for unused vacation, even when the employee is fired for cause or resigns without any advance notice? This program will answer these and many other questions that could help you avoid expensive and difficult-to-defend employment-related lawsuits.
