TOPIC: Workplace Harassment & Workplace Bullying – One byproduct of the recent #metoo movement has been an increased emphasis on dealing not only with unlawful sexual harassment in the workplace, but more general bullying in the workplace as well. While not always unlawful, bullying can negatively impact a work environment in many ways.
In this session, we will discuss such issues as dealing with workplace bullies, knowing and understanding your workplace culture, the value of in-house training, enforcing your workplace policies, and providing for an effective reporting mechanism.
