We Need Your Experience to Help Impact a Student’s Future!
The P-TECH Program- Pathways in Technology Early College High School- allows students to earn a high school diploma and an Associate’s Degree in one of two fields: Electrical Engineering Technology or Mechanical Technology. This program is free of charge to students through a 7-year grant. They will also be paired with a Corporate Career Coach (Mentor) who will encourage and provide support once a month. Students who complete the program will be first in line for entry level employment opportunities, and will help fill the vacancies for a qualified work force.
Although the students will graduate with a degree in Electrical Engineering Technology or Mechanical Technology, don’t feel that you need to have expertise in one of these fields. Mentors from all careers are welcome! Some of the activities include resume review, mock interviews, and STEM based activities.
