Join the Quality Professionals Council for a Customer Feedback Panel! Were there changes to “Customer Satisfaction” in the 9001:2015 version of the ISO Standard? Section 9.1.2 from the 2015 version of the standard looks almost the same as section 8.2.1 of the 2008 version, BUT it’s a little different. In the 2008 version, we focused on “meeting customer requirements”. In the 2015 version, it’s about “customer perception of meeting the needs and expectations”. We may think we have met our customer’s expectations, but have we? How does your organization monitor, measure and take action on customer feedback?
