Facilitator: Hilary Hext
Hilary Hext is the Training Manager for MACNY. Hilary has worked in Human Resources for five years and has experience in employee relations management, employee investigations, training, onboarding, and coaching. She is a certified trainer in Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI), and Sexual Harassment. Her newest certification is called a Generational Strategist received from the Millennial Solution. This training focuses on the generational workforce, millennials, and how the generations work together. She has three years of experience presenting training to groups and individuals and continues to grow her repertoire of training topics.
