Join our new Continuous Improvement Council for a synopsis of how Marquardt Switches with Mark Bicknell, Director of Operations and his team to see how they have managed tremendous growth, utilized 5S, A3 Problem Solving, TPM and take a tour to see first-hand the results they have achieved.  A feedback session at the end will give you an opportunity to comment on what you observed and to learn from other disciples of Continuous Improvement.

Tour begins promptly at 3:30pm with dinner to follow immediately after the tour.
