Collaborate Effectively: Document candidate information and share it with your team for a more collaborative review of candidates. Track metrics and create customized reporting, giving your team a high-level overview of the hiring process.
Candidate Text to Apply: Candidates have full access to your jobs with the ability to apply directly through their mobile device. They simply text Careers4me to 97211 and follow prompts to source job opportunities and apply directly.
Text Engagement: Organizations can manage talent relationships throughout the entire hiring lifecycle. This allows organizations to more effectively source and engage with candidates and gain a more consistent record of communication activities in a single and centralized system.

Onboarding: By storing and tracking an extensive library of forms, iCIMS Recruit can assist with completing the hiring process. These forms include government tax forms, as well as forms for background checks and voluntary self-identification, among many other options. Whenever a standard iForm is updated (e.g., if a new revision of a government form is made available), those updates will automatically be made to the associated iForm in an organization’s instance of the iCIMS’ Talent Cloud.
Criteria Corp aptitude, personality, and skill assessment integrated software: This comprehensive suite of assessments, including award-winning game-based assessments, provide relevant, objective data to help organizations make more informed hiring decisions. Criteria’s Standard Connector gives users the ability to easily administer assessments and receive results in real-time without ever leaving the iCIMS platform, reducing the time and effort required to screen and select top candidates.
