Federal Employment Law Class

You never know when an employment issue will come up. Be prepared. This session gives a useful
overview of Federal labor law as it impacts all phases of employment, from hiring to termination. Information on a number of employment law issues – including wage and hour laws, Family and Medical Leave rights, workplace safety, and protection from on-the-job discrimination and harassment.

NOTE: MACNY IS ALSO OFFERING THE NY STATE EMPLOYMENT LAW CLASS ON 8/9 – IF YOU TAKE BOTH CLASSES THE COST IS $325. Please notify Patty Clark at [email protected] to adjust the cost. The costs would be as follows: $195 for the Federal Class and $130 for the NYS Class.
