PRESENTER: Suba Viswanathan, Attorney with Bond, Schoeneck & King, PLLC – Subhash provides practical advice to human resources professionals regarding how to approach particular employment issues and handles all types of judicial and administrative labor and employment litigation. Some of the subjects Subhash has advised employers on include Family and Medical Leave Act compliance, wage and hour compliance, reasonable accommodation issues and workplace harassment issues. He has also conducted numerous workplace investigations relating to alleged harassment and other employee misconduct, and provided recommendations regarding how to address such misconduct.
