The final regulations for the New York Paid Family Leave Law (PFLL) have been issued, and the law is set to go into effect on January 1, 2018. The PFLL is the most comprehensive paid family leave law in the nation, and employers need to ready themselves. In this session, we will discuss the nuts and bolts of the law’s requirements, benefits, implementation, and employer responsibilities.
