Sexual Harassment Compliance Training for Supervisors Webinar*

This training is for any supervisors and will be hosted as a webinar on Zoom.  Once you register for the class, you will be forwarded a meeting invitation with the Zoom meeting information.

Program Overview:

Sexual harassment is a serious business.  It can create tension in the workplace, reduce productivity, and potentially lead to financial and emotional damage to the company and their employees.  This course is designed to increase supervisor’s understanding of sexual harassment and its prevention.  The course recognizes that preventing harassment is largely dependent on workplace culture, values, and behaviors in the workplace.

Who should attend:

Any supervisors who work in the State of New York.

Facilitator: Hilary Hext

Hilary Hext is the Training Manager for MACNY. Hilary has worked in Human Resources for five years and has experience in employee relations management, employee investigations, training, onboarding, and coaching.  She is a certified trainer in Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI), and Sexual Harassment.  She has three years of experience presenting training to groups and individuals and continues to grow her repertoire of training topics.

Cancellation by Registrants:

Registrants cancelling less than 48 hours (or close of business Friday for a Monday course) prior to the start of the seminar/class; will be billed for the entire cost of the program.  “No shows” will be billed in the full seminar/class fee which can be applied toward a future class.  Substitutions may be made at any time.
