- Strategically managed a $250,000 annual philanthropy budget
- Currently leads the community’s most comprehensive civic engagement training program including its main program Leadership Greater Syracuse and two ancillary programs: CNY Political Leadership Institute and Nourishing Tomorrow’s Leaders
- Specific expertise in board training (how effective board run, what to ask before you join a board)
