INDIVIDUAL COACHING
When our coaches are working with you one-on-one, it is their objective to help you define your purpose, vision, and goals. With your coach, you will create a strategic and powerful plan that will allow you to set yourself up for success through interaction and accountability. Throughout the process you will measure and reflect on your progress towards attaining your goals.
EXECUTIVE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS
Our coaches will develop individualized plans for each client to assist in charting their path of growth. Plans may include behavioral assessments, individual coaching, 360-degree feedback assessments, executive roundtables, and success network building.
MENTORING & THINKING
Being an effective leader is one skill (among many) needed to become an effective executive. Along with leadership, effective executives need to understand and develop a variety of skills such as strategic thinking, marketing and product development, organizational development, business planning, lean manufacturing, and/or operating with board oversight. We offer coaching and mentoring in Executive Development through our Senior Consultant, Jim Beckman.
MASTERMINDING
Masterminds bring together a group of peers who regularly meet to give each other guidance, advice, and support.
