After nearly 47 years in business, 15 years as a member with MACNY, XTO, Inc. has had limited involvement in various MACNY opportunities. In year 46, we attended: “Maximize Your Membership Webinar.” As a result, in year 47, we are engaged in new opportunities for recruitment, created an apprenticeship program to strengthen our workforce, attended job fairs, been introduced to various techniques to add automation to our manufacturing process, and held a facility tour with MACNY that brought nearly 20 businesses through our business. You think you know MACNY, you think your teams are running at top performance? Push into the MACNY opportunities and you will be amazed!

Nick was an excellent trainer, he connected with the class immediately. He is very knowledgeable, and it showed throughout the training. His personal stories helped highlight the various areas we trained in and really drove the critical points home. He definitely represents the company well. The facilities at MACNY are excellent, great environment that promotes a great learning experience. This was an excellent experience, and I would recommend this to anyone who was in need of this training.

Tara is one of the best trainers out there! Her training was very informative and valuable and I would absolutely recommend it. MACNY was a great host and I look forward to hopefully pursue more training in the future. Kelly communicated everything necessary to ensure we had a great experience. From travel, to lunch, all the way until completion. They both were very professional and did an excellent job!

Tara was a phenomenal instructor for the ISO training. She balanced teaching the standard with practicing using the standard very well.

The experience was a good one and [I] felt the students had a better grasp of possible engineering jobs.

I’ve been in the workforce for a very long time and have had many training sessions/opportunities. This course was hands down the best. The presentation, the trainer [David Freund], the facility, all of it. I’m excited, even at age 60, to put it to use in our business. Armoured One would like to thank MACNY for helping us with our hiring process. They not only introduced us to the ICIMS system but have played a huge role in the training and assisting along the way. This system has been an incredible tool towards shaping the team at Armoured One.

This workshop was such a wonderful introduction to Conflict Resolution. I would recommend this workshop to anyone who may need to work on their conflict management skills all the way up to high-level leaders. The material is extremely relatable and is definitely worth the time and investment. I look forward to working with Laura and the MACNY team more in the future.
