I just wanted to let you know how impressed and satisfied I was in the ISO Internal Auditor training earlier this week. The facility and training room were well laid out, comfortable, and certainly fostered a learning environment. Tara McInerney was fantastic!  Her real world examples and attention to detail relating back to the ISO standard were excellent.  She really kept me interested in the subject matter for the entire two days. I have been through training sessions with other companies, covering various topics over the years and never have I felt more engaged and comfortable in learning. Thank you for this great experience. It was well worth my time and I really enjoyed it.

David Freund, Chief Leadership Officer for MACNY, recently provided leadership training to employees at Bartell Machinery Systems in Rome, NY.  The curriculum was part of the Live2Lead training series based on John Maxwell’s book: The 15 Invaluable Laws of Growth.  In my career, I’ve attended countless leadership forums, seminars, and training sessions.  The course that David presented to our employees was by far superior to anything I attended previously.  He was passionate about the subject matter, effectively engaged all participants, and through his own personal experiences could relate to a variety of leadership challenges and opportunities.  The material presented was powerful, thought-provoking, and inspirational for anyone wishing to enhance their own leadership journey.  I would most highly recommend this course to any organization looking to invest in their employee’s leadership development, including supervisory, management, or senior management personnel.
