The Manufacturers Association provides is members with a wide variety of Wage and Benefit information for use in setting compensation and benchmarking regional compensation practices. MACNY is unique as a provider of this information for companies in Central New York.

The Manufacturers Association conducts a wide variety of surveys to gather this essential information; covering compensation, policies, practices and benefits for all levels of employees in many different areas of business. Survey results are segmented by sales, employment size and geographic location These surveys are an invaluable resource in helping employers establish effective pay packages, understand both regional and national labor markets, create more effective HR policies and practices, and lower recruitment and retention costs.
