Nick was an excellent trainer, he connected with the class immediately. He is very knowledgeable, and it showed throughout the training. His personal stories helped highlight the various areas we trained in and really drove the critical points home. He definitely represents the company well. The facilities at MACNY are excellent, great environment that promotes a great learning experience. This was an excellent experience, and I would recommend this to anyone who was in need of this training.

Tara is one of the best trainers out there! Her training was very informative and valuable and I would absolutely recommend it. This workshop was such a wonderful introduction to Conflict Resolution. I would recommend this workshop to anyone who may need to work on their conflict management skills all the way up to high-level leaders. I attended the Mastering Emotional Intelligence program led by David Freund at the end of 2021. Although individuals could find a book on their own to take an emotional intelligence self-appraisal, David’s insights into both the process and the results are truly invaluable. The essence of this course is understanding our ability to recognize/understand emotions in ourselves and others, and David went beyond just the PowerPoint slides, providing us with real-world examples from his past along with working through our sharing of examples. It was interactive, engaging, and very beneficial.

Through the Mastering Emotional Intelligence Level 1 course, I recognized the value of understanding my emotions and behaviors and those of others. I feel more prepared to manage more difficult emotions and conversations. I enjoyed having the workbook as a guide for the next steps and the opportunity to share experiences. I would highly recommend this course!

The Set Up for Success in 2022 training with MACNY helped me prepare for a more productive year as well as provided me with new tools and strategies to process some larger challenges that I was facing. I implemented some new strategies that have improved my time management specifically with e-mails and have improved my productivity.
