The Office of Management and Budget (OMB) has indefinitely delayed implementation of the new wage and hour components of the EEO-1 Report. The EEOC will continue to use the same EEO-1 form.  The report for 2017 will be due 3/31/2018 and must utilize the payroll period between 10/1/17 and 12/31/17.  More information on EEO-1 reporting can be found at https://www.eeoc.gov/employers/eeo1survey/index.cfm.
