John Maxwell often says “everything rises and falls on leadership.” As a member of the John Maxwell Team, I whole heartedly agree with John. Leadership is the catalyst that takes average organizations and makes them great. Leaders add value to their team, their organizations, and their communities.
I am very pleased and excited to announce that at this year’s Live2Lead event we will honor our first MACNY Transformational Leadership Award recipient and we need your help. We are looking for a leader who truly Lives to Lead. They should exemplify character, commitment, courage, competence, initiative, passion, servanthood, and generosity.
Do you know someone like that? Someone who makes others better by adding value to their team or organization each day? Someone who inspires people to higher levels of achievement? Someone who inspires others to learn and grow daily?
The recipient must have the above qualities and work in a MACNY member company.
The award ceremony will take place at this year’s Live2Lead broadcast event on October 20th at The Lodge at Welch Allyn.
