Please join us in welcoming Murjan Abdi to the team as the Workforce Development Assistant! In this role, Murjan will provide support to MACNY’s growing workforce development programming, assist Partners for Education & Business, Inc. with school partner programming and STEM initiatives, and provide support to our new Youth Apprenticeship program.

Prior to joining MACNY, Murjan was a Peer Financial Mentor at CNY Works where he worked with local youth on various personal finance topics including banking basics, understanding and managing credit, money management, financial safety, savings habits, and financial independence.

Murjan is a recent graduate of Onondaga Community College with an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration.
