The CNY STEM Scholarship Program, administered by PEB and the CNY STEM Hub, launched in 2013 to support high school seniors who plan to pursue a college degree in a field related to STEM. Since its inception, local employers have awarded 65 scholarships, valued at $706,000 through this CNY STEM Scholarship Program. Some of those original scholarship recipients are now working at these local companies that sponsored their education.

Data for all scholarship applicants is maintained and updated. PEB makes these STEM Scholars aware of additional internships and opportunities with local employers throughout the year.  This database of Central New York’s honored students enables us to stay connected to these students throughout their college endeavors. It also provides them with local opportunities for employment right here at home!
