This workshop was such a wonderful introduction to Conflict Resolution. I would recommend this workshop to anyone who may need to work on their conflict management skills all the way up to high-level leaders. The material is extremely relatable and is definitely worth the time and investment. I look forward to working with Laura and the MACNY team more in the future.
