MACNY is excited to announce that we have joined forces with SHRM, Society for Human Resource Management, on the 2019 Salary and Benefits Survey, a survey covering wage, salary, and management positions as well as a variety of benefits offered by companies.  The survey will be conducted through Astron, a confidential web-based survey tool.  If your company participates in the survey, you will receive a copy of the survey results at no charge, non-participants requesting a copy will be charged.  In August 2019 SHRM will be holding an event to review the results and discuss the current trends. The date will be announced at a later time.

The instructions along with the link to complete the survey will be sent out to a representative of MACNY member companies in mid-May.  Keep an eye out for the link and we hope your company will participate!
