When MACNY members come together, the impact extends far beyond our network. This winter, that collective effort was on full display as members and partners rallied to support the Food Bank of Central New York during a time of immediate need.
Beginning in late November and continuing through our Annual New Year Celebration on January 22, MACNY partnered with the Food Bank of Central New York to support their urgent need for essential food items. Traditionally held at the New Year Celebration, this year’s drive started early and offered additional collection opportunities, allowing our members and partners to make an even greater impact in the community.
A key part of this year’s success was the incredible support from the MACNY member companies that responded to our call and served as collection locations, including:

- Flex Hose
- ICM Controls
- Knowles Precision Devices
- Kris-Tech Wire
- Morse Manufacturing
- Sapphire Recruitment
- TDO
By opening their doors and encouraging participation within their organizations, these members helped expand the reach of this effort and maximize its impact. This collective effort led to an incredible result:
1,536 pounds of food were donated through MACNY’s Food Drive for the Food Bank of Central New York.
This contribution was also made possible by the generosity of members and staff who dropped off their donations to our offices and at MACNY’s New Year Celebration event. We extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone whose willingness to give back reflects the strength of our manufacturing community and the spirit of Building Tomorrow, Together.
