As more and more Baby Boomers retire, American Express and Johnson & Johnson developed programs to train young leaders in their companies. American Express has developed an Accelerated Learning Development (ALD) program that includes a three-day revenue challenge for top performers. Johnson & Johnson developed their Talent Acceleration Process (TAP) which gives individuals experience working in diverse teams with both internal and external individuals within the enterprise.
