I am a dedicated professional with a passion for creating pathways to sustainable employment, empowering individuals with the tools and support they need to succeed and contributing to a more inclusive and resilient local economy. My work is grounded in a strong belief that real, lasting change starts at the local level with people, partnerships, and purpose.
Previously, as a Program Coordinator at Syracuse University, I developed and supported initiatives that connected students with meaningful on-campus work experiences. I collaborated with campus partners to enhance student employment programs and worked to ensure student workers were empowered to grow both personally and professionally. My role focused on creating equitable access to employment resources and fostering a supportive environment for student success. I earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from SUNY Albany.
Fun Fact about me: I love singing. I’m the lead vocalist in a soul band right here in Syracuse!
