I am passionate about workforce development because my own path was not a traditional one. When I finished high school, I wasn’t sure what came next, and looking back, I know how valuable greater exposure to career options, guidance, and connections would have been. That experience drives my passion for helping others discover their options and find a path that works for them.

My professional background spans relationship building, academic operations, analytics, and writing, but at the heart of my work is a love of connecting people, building strong relationships, and working together to make things happen. I also earned my degree from Syracuse University as an adult, an experience that strengthened my belief that everyone’s path looks a little different.
Fun fact about me: I love adventure (I’ve been skydiving many times!) and enjoy staying active by practicing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and weightlifting. I also have two small children that are my whole world!
