The health and safety of our members, friends and colleagues is foremost in our minds as we continue to monitor the COVID-19 outbreak. Accordingly, we have temporarily amended our event refund policy to include COVID-19.
If payment has been made for a MACNY event and as a result of the outbreak, either MACNY cancels the event OR a registrant needs to cancel, MACNY will provide a refund.
If you are exhibiting any of the following symptoms: fever, cough, shortness of breath OR if you have travelled to any locations nationally or internationally in the last two weeks where there is a current outbreak, to keep our members healthy and safe we ask that you do not attend MACNY events.
This policy will be continually updated as the situation is closely monitored based on the most up-to-date guidelines by the U.S. Centers for Disease and Prevention Control (CDC) and the NY State Health Department.
